Yoga Sagarmatha Madrid

Dear all !! I welcome all my respected, elders and dear friends to this page of Yoga Sagarmatha Madrid. I have started this page to share my experience and practice with those who live near me. Since these days I am in Madrid. I would love to share my ideas on yoga. Its not only to earn but also to payback to the tradition and school where I learn. Also to spread the message of my guru. 'Once he said to achieve universal peace and brotherhood, Yoga shall have to reach door to door and shore to shore. If they cant come to you, you should reach to them.'
In ancient time yogi used to beg and in return he used to convey the massage of guru and teaching. Everyday disciples used to beg for some hours and in return they used to give valuable teaching.
Since in modern days there are changed circumstances but still we can convey valuable teaching and message of our guru. We can use these modern stuff like social media, mail and so on to reach the people.
Lets spread love, peace and harmony !!! Its so badly needed.
