PROPERTY CARE

Services provided:

Management services include key holding with site checks at pre agreed intervals. Site checks could be to check on the security, the condition of the property or to ensure garden irrigation systems are still operational. Should an issue arise, then following protocol to resolve the issue within the required timescale.

Overseeing of various works such as construction or septic tank repairs. Taking photos and reporting progress as requested.

Meeting and greeting as requested by the client. For instance suppliers requiring access for repairs/maintenance or to prepare quotes e.g. air conditioning suppliers, plumbers, satellite television providers etc.

Recommending approved and accredited suppliers as and when necessary and liaising with both client and supplier as needed.

We can also do a garden maintenance service if required.

We work very closely with local building firm, Construcciones Jumi.

They are able to undertake any small repairs as needed such as roof tiles blown off in the wind or cracked tiles. They also carry out full renovations, extensions and new builds.
