El Vall de Pop is the name of a beautiful valley where 9 little villages snuggle together in the midst of splendid scenery hidden away along with its treasured gastronomy that is just waiting to be discovered. The Vall del Pop Restaurant has been open for more than 30 years and it is home to some of these well-kept secrets for diners to uncover. It has two protagonists: top class quality fresh produce and the fire, Humanity’s ancient companion and one of our greatest treasures; of course the way that it is stoked too is an essential skill required when making regional dishes and the Grilled Meat. Chicken, Paellas and all kinds of Rice dishes are also made to order. They are authentic masterpieces that have won well-coveted awards (1st Prize in the Fideuá Gandía 2005, 1st Prize in the Paella Sueca 2004).
From monday to friday they offer an attractive menu of 11 €.
