Yudego

Its name derives from the Latin word juadicus = Jewish.
Villa that formed part of the Castrojeriz Party, one of the fourteen that formed the Intendance of Burgos, during the period between 1785 and 1833, in the Floridablanca Census of 1787, realengo jurisdiction with mayor Ordinary.
Belonging to the old municipality of Yudego and Villandiego in Castilla la Vieja in the party of Castrojeriz code INE-09479.
