To make our Juices we use only the revolutionary “Cold Press Juicer” that literally extract Juice from Fruit & Vegetables via a slow speed “cold press” masticating process, a gentle crushing and squeezing action. It works very slowly (only 32 Revolution Per Minute) compared to a fast-spinning metal blade like “Smoothie Blender” (6,000-17,000 RPM) or “Centrifugal Extractor” (12,000-30,000 RPM). The high-speed friction, static electricity, heat generated from the blades and large amount of air are drawn in and Vitamins are destroyed (up to 70%) as premature Oxidation occurs.
