Italian by birth, she has had a longtime love affair with Marbella and is passionate about the quality of life it offers people locally. By blending these two elements, Fulvia fell into the world of real estate and opened VistaMar Homes, specialising in quality residential homes with beautiful views, large windows, space and privacy, because she appreciates the quality of life within a home. After 14 years as a director of this business, Fulvia can empathise with International clients trying to navigate the Spanish property market. She strives to make the process as easy as possible through utilising her experience, organisational skills, and local contacts to guide them to achieving their dreams.

Fulvia is an avid traveller and adventurer but wholeheartedly believes that the magic is in the journey, and home is looking out across the Mediterranean sea in Marbella.
