Villa Rosa Ibiza

A luxurious modern villa just 800 metres from the beach. It's a contemporary house in wonderful gardens with fantastic pool,terraces and an outside bar and kitchen complete with fridge and sink and hob, together with a large gas barbecue . Inside, the house is full of light and sunny space with hotel-style design and luxury in every room. It's also largely accessible to wheelchairs . The main living space is hugely impressive with 3 sets of patio doors windows , oversize sofas, a 42' wall mounted flat-screen plasma tv with full sky tv package including movies and disney channels , stereo system ,internet and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has black granite work surfaces with high-spec appliances including a dishwasher, washer and an American-style fridge-freezer, plus of course coffee maker , toastie maker, blender, and 5 burner hob. There are 3 ground floor bedrooms within the main house,each with its own ensuite bathroom , all with air conditioning, and hairdryers, towels, hand soap and extra toothbrushes all supplied.The master suite also has a 32' Lcd Tv with sky tv channels and built in DVD player with 2 rattan relaxer chairs outside the patio doors covered by a sun canopy, ideal for looking at the stars with a glass of champagne.

Two further bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor adjacent to the villa with a covered terrace leading the way these bedrooms also have mini frdges and an ipod docking system , the final suite , again with its own private shower room and remote controlled air conditioning is our Penthouse on the first floor with stunning views across the bay .

The villa is beautifully suited to families and large groups, we have a range of travel cots and highchairs plus a microwave sterilizer and bottle warmer and a box of toys, wii games and dvds for our younger guests.

We also have 2 pottys , a small step for our younger guests and 2 seats for the top of the toilet, and night lights should you need them for the childrens bedrooms,we would very much like to know what else will make parents holidays easier with us .We have a childrens welcome pack also with colouring books, crayons, ice cream and juice boxes to make the unpacking a little less stressful.
