Villa Paloma

Villa Paloma is situated on a large urbanisation, Camposol, in the south east of Spain in the province of Murcia. It is a detached villa with its own swimming pool. The urbanisation has many restaurants and bars as well as a petrol station, large supermarket and an 18-hole golf course.
Camposol is 15 kilometres from the lovely beaches of the Costa Calida and 15 minutes drive from the mountains of the Sierra Espuna. It is also within driving distance of the provincial capital, Murcia and the seaport of Cartagena.
The nearest town is Mazarron and just a few miles further is the Mediterranean town of Puerto de Mazarron.
The weather in this area of southern Spain is generally considered to be the best in mainland Europe. It boasts an average of 320 days of sunshine a year and this, combined with low humidity and low rainfall, contributes to a near perfect climate. Winter months tend to be warm and dry with day time temperatures rarely falling below 18°C [65°F]. The summers are very hot with average daily temperatures of 30°C [92°F].
