2 bedroom detached villa available for short term rent, fully licenced in the urbanisation of Tamaragua (La Capellania) 4km from Correlejo on the stunning island of Fuerteventura. Facilities include 2 bedrooms and a bespoke sofa bed can sleep 6 and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster ,microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Lounge has a 6 seater table, sofa bed, 50 inch tv with USB inputs for games, films etc.Unlimited broadband and wi-fi. Master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. 2nd bedroom has two single beds, bedside lamp, table and a wardrobe. Outside has a 8 x 3 metre private pool, 6 seater table and chairs, coffee table and chairs, 4 sun beds, parasol,stone BBQ and an outside shower. Utility room has a washing machine, airer and an iron and board and all BBQ utensils. Parking off road for two cars plus on road parking. Villa is also equipped with a safe for small valuables.

There is a very well stocked supermarket near by, also two restaurants, both do take away and at very reasonable prices.

As this property is residential we ask you respect our neighbours by not playing loud music, having loud parties and general annoyances towards them as many live here permanently. We also ask that the villa is NO SMOKING inside or outside and NO PETS. Please consider these details when booking. We also ask you respect the property and do not abuse any of the facilities. Our management company conducts a full inventory and breakages or missing items would need to be paid for. Please also consider not wasting Water and Electric as they are valuable commodities.
