Luxury fully equipped 2 bedroom ensuite villa on the outskirts of the upmarket Playa Blanca region of Lanzarote in a quiet family neighbourhood away from the madding crowd.

The hustle and bustle of the town centre, port and marina areas are all only a short taxi or bus ride away. For those that are keen walkers, you can access the prom in about 10 minutes on foot and enjoy the coastal walk which is approximately 8 miles from one end to the other and is peppered with beaches, bars, restaurants and shops along the way providing lots of opportunity to stop for a while and take in the views.

There are 3 letting seasons.
HIGH = Christmas, New Year, Easter, July and August.
MID = May, June, September, October, November and December (excluding Christmas & New Year).
LOW = January (after New Year) February, March and April (excluding Easter).

Prices per week (7 nights) for 2-4 people from 1st February 2017 to 31st Jan 2018
Low = £595
Mid = £695
High = £795

This price structure will change for all bookings for 1st February 2018 onwards; there will be only two pricing bands.

High season = £895 - Easter, July, August, Christmas and New Year
All other weeks = £795

Note: there are no price hikes for school half terms but do expect your flights to be more expensive than normal during these periods.

The villa has a double room, twin room and two bathrooms. There is also a double fold out occasional use bed that can be used in the lounge, so the villa will sleep 6 people. The 5th and 6th persons attract an additional charge at £10 per person, per night.
