Aside from its great location and easy access to local amenities the villa has a beautiful pool, grass garden area, outside bar and BBQ area, just the place for soaking up the sunshine or a large undercover terrace to sit in the shade. It is also equipped with air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost.

Entry into the villa leads to a hallway, on the left is a lounge with free wifi and tv channels. To the right of the entrance is a dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

The benefit of this property is also on the ground level are all the bedrooms, double with en suite bathroom, another double with additional bunk beds for extra children (if required) and a further twin room. There is also another family bathroom.

Leading out from the lounge is the covered terrace which has plenty of space to enjoy an alfresco meal. The pool terrace offers plenty of space to relax and soak up the rays, whilst the pool is a perfect place to cool off.

Exterior steps outside lead you upstairs is an additional roof top terrace for further rays and better views out to the Mediterranean Sea.
