Villa Italia

El Hotel Villa Italia. Una Villa construida en los años 50 rehabilitada y decorada en 2009. Un edificio emblemático situado en primera línea del Puerto de Andratx.

La Villa se construyó como residencia de verano de la familia De Vitta, pionera en la construcción del puerto de Andratx.

"El Castillo" como ampliación de la Villa, se construyó décadas después, cuando se estructuró el edificio para convertirse en Hotel.

Desde el año 2006 la nueva propiedad ha realizado una profunda remodelación decorativa y arquitectónica, respetando el espíritu y la personalidad del Hotel Villa Italia, todo un símbolo del Puerto de Andratx y del saber disfrutar de la calma y el paisaje de Mallorca.

The Villa was constructed as a summer residence for the De Vitta family, pioneers in construction in the port of Andratx.

"El Castillo", an extension to the Villa, was built some decades later, when the building was structured for conversion into a Hotel.

Since 2006 the new owner has carried out a deep-rooted restructuring of the decoration and architecture, respecting the spirit and personality of the Hotel Villa Italia, an authentic symbol of the Port of Andratx and of the ability to enjoy the calm and landscape of Mallorca.
