Javea is a beautiful coastal town on Spain’s Costa Blanca, mid-way between Alicante and Valencia. Approximately one hour twenty minutes from either airport
Javea has three distinct areas, the arenal which has a large sandy beach skirted by cafes/restaurants. The old town, with the church of San Bartolome (from 1244) at the centre of a maze of narrow streets has a daily indoor food market, tapas bars, restaurants and cafes in unspoilt Spanish style. The port has a daily fresh fish market, served by the towns fishing fleet, shops as expected in a residential town, quality restaurants abound as do tapas bars.
Overlooked by the Mongo massif national park and blessed with a coast of cliffs and coves, the town and surrounding areas has wealth of hiking trails, suitable for all.
Neighbouring towns on the coast or in the mountains all have individual characters and offer much to see.
Throughout the year festivities are enjoyed by locals and tourist alike, all are welcome.

The villa is on an urbanisation, around 30 properties, all different. Most owners live there full time, English, Spanish, German and Dutch.
The main points are that it is secure, offers privacy, has great outdoor space and is perfect for children.

It is spacious, well appointed, quietly situated in extensive gated grounds, (1000 sq m plot) providing a secure situation for children to play in safety. The bright and airy interior leads out onto the large swimming pool, which is also gated, providing an additional safety feature for young children.
There is a terrace and an established lawned garden with palm trees. Tranquillity and seclusion are assured, yet Javea’s large sandy beach and rich choice of shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away.

Holiday Villa Accommodation

The villa comprises: Living/dining room with satellite television (UK channels), DVD/CD player and video, a separate glazed sun lounge overlooks the garden and pool. Kitchen is fitted standard oven, gas hobs plus a dishwasher and microwave. There is a utility area in garage with a washing machine. Three bedrooms : A double with on-suite bathroom, one bedroom with twin singles and an on-suite shower-room / toilet. A third bedroom with a double bed is adjacent the third bathroom. An additional fold up bed is available for possible 7th person. A quality ‘travel’ cot is also available, plus a high chair. Shaded outside dining area, extensive sun terracing, large lawned garden with children's slide, barbecue and gated private swimming pool (8m x 4m).
The garage houses lots of childrens items, scooter, paddling pools, beach tent, beach umberella, paddling pools, boats, buckets & spades.

Parking in gated private parking area, for a number of cars.
