Private villa with separate guest apartment, all with south facing sea views. Sleeps 8. Located in a quiet area of Buenavista on the Benissa Costa, just a 5 minute drive from Moraira and 10 minutes from Calpe. The nearest beach, at Cala Advocat, is a 10 minute stroll.

The main accommodation is on the upper floor, and all on one level. It has air conditioning and large glazed doors, which lead from the reception rooms to a secluded terrace, shaded exterior naya and mature gardens enclosed by a wall. The terrace features a large 8m x 4m swimming pool, accessed by graduated steps, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, barbeque and dining area. This level has 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), a second bathroom, recently refurbished kitchen with all appliances and spacious living room with dining area and fireplace.

On the lower garden level of the villa is the guest accommodation, which has 2 additional double bedrooms and a shower room. These rooms do not have air conditioning, but have portable fans in each room.

The Villa's gardens are completely enclosed and there is a double garage with remote controlled doors.
