Tsunami Xixón es un festival de música de reciente creación realizado en Gijón, Asturias, una de las ciudades más bonitas del norte de la Península Ibérica, famosa por sus paisajes y gastronomía. La primera edición tuvo lugar en julio de 2017, agotando entradas dos semanas antes de llevarse a cabo, con 22000 personas de asistencia, y un cartel ecléctico que mezcló punk, rock, stoner e indie. Bandas de la talla de he Offspring, Pennywise, The Sounds, Graveyard, Kadavar, Talco, Toundra, Berri Txarrak o Desakato, entre otras, actuaron en esta 1ª edición y se espera una segunda edición mucho mayor, creando una perfecta sinergia entre la ciudad, el recinto principal (Ciudad Laboral, el edificio más grande de España), la playa y la época veraniega. Un evento para ir de vacaciones con toda la familia y para turistas que aman la música y el paisaje a partes iguales.

Tsunami Xixón is a recently created music festival located in Gijón, Asturias, Spain, one of the most beautiful cities in the North of the Iberian Peninsula, famous for its landscapes and gastronomy. The first edition was held during the summer of 2017, being sold-out two weeks in advance with a crowd of 22000 people and an eclectic billing mixing punk, rock, stoner and indie. Bands of the likes of The Offspring, Pennywise, The Sounds, Graveyard, Kadavar, Talco, Toundra or Berri Txarrak, among others, performed during its first edition, and a bigger second edition is expected soon, creating a perfect synergy with the city, the venue (the biggest building in Spain, used as festival site), the beach and summer time. A holiday event for all the family and tourists who like equally music and geography.
