Our deluxe air-conditioned 3-bedroom villa is part of a beautifully landscaped community in the prestigious Dona Pepa II area of Ciudad Quesada. Quesada is a 30-minute drive from both Alicante or Murcia airports, and has very good road networks. Quesada is a 10-minute drive to beautiful blue flag sandy beaches and is surrounded by championship golf courses and it has its own aqua park. Ideal family location with sun, sea, water sports, golf or simply just to take it easy or chill.

This town is well established and has palm lined avenues, wide roundabouts and various individual commercial centers providing every facility needed- supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, doctors and dentists.

The impressive swimming pool is just seconds from the front terrace and is for the private use of the community of Alegria. The balconies of both upstairs bedrooms afford views of either the pool or nature. The house is equipped with all mod cons, air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.
