My name is Svetlana. DIET is my life style, but in its original very first meaning - that used by the Ancient Greeks δίαιτα diaita - the living way that also included "regular, daily work". I also believe in intelligence, emotional and practical, in sharing and in empathy. That is why I created this site, to be closer to all who need me and whom I need in return.

DIETA es mi estilo de vida, pero en su definición original - aquella que usaban Los Griegos Antiguos δίαιτα diaita - el modo de vida, donde al trabajo regular diario estaba incluido. Creo mucho en la inteligencia emocional y practica, en compartir y en la empatía. Es porque he creado esta pagina web, para estar más cerca de todos quien me necesita y a quien necesito yo a cambio.
