Focusing on a whole food plant based diet, The Sensitive Foodie is here to help you navigate your way to feeling great on the inside and out through workshops, cooking demos and sharing information and support, whether you have food allergies or sensitivities or want to lose weight or improve your health. Based on my own experiences with food intolerances and health challenges plus my underlying love of cake, I love to share my discoveries and delights with everyone, plus spread the message that plants really are the way to do, for our health and for our environment.
