having successfully owned and operated a Restaurant in the Hampshire area back home in the UK Alan and Tim decided to live their dream and move out to Lanzarote and continue with what they do best – cooking with passion and serving their customers with the highest attention. The Little Elm in Puerto del Carmen was ‘born’.

not very long after the Little Elm opened it’s doors in 2014 they climbed Tripadvisor’s first and top positions of all Restaurants in the Puerto del Carmen area.
