The Deli Kitchen is a new healthy eating concept in Barcelona. We believe in honest, deliciously healthy food, with the focus firmly on delicious! Our food is made with seasonal, organic and the highest quality local ingredients. We want to redefine salads in Barcelona, as well as offering outrageously delicious healthy sweet treats and birthday cakes. Our menu will feature vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, sugar and dairy free options which are mercifully devoid of nasties like additives and hormones.

Let’s face it: eating healthy food often takes second place at everyone’s table. While we all want to have a healthy diet, we are faced with a lack of choice at the market, a lack of information on where to find great healthy ingredients and a lack of time to prepare. The Deli Kitchen will offer you an evolving seasonal menu embracing some of the best ingredients Catalunya has to offer. You can eat in or take away any of our dishes to serve at home. We aim to make healthy eating convenient and easy.
