The Base in Spain

The Base in Spain is ten minutes walk away from a gorgeous and very safe beach, suitable for adults and children alike. During the summer it's dotted with beach bars and a great place to relax.
Los Alcazares is a peaceful and relaxing little town. There is a sailing school, and various watersports for the more active amongst you, as well as two water parks within 45 minutes drive. The whole area is wonderfully flat and there is a 7km paved promenade which runs along the seafront.

The Base in Spain is a split-level apartment, accessed via a small flight of stairs and security door. It has it's own south-facing balcony and private roof terrace, so you can choose where you want to dine. The front door leads you into the sitting room, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV and DVD player. Through the double doors at the back of the lounge you will find a kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine. On this floor there are also two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a family bathroom. The apartment is fully-equipped with a highchair and travel cot for our younger guests, and has air conditioning throughout.

Up the stairs you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite: a lovely room which overlooks palm trees and a small park. This leads straight out onto the roof terrace, where you'll find sun loungers and a patio table and chairs.

It's on a great little development, with two pools: one infinity pool and a children's pool. There is also a lifeguard during peak season. Within a few minutes walk there is a large supermarket and a plaza full of bars and restaurants, and the fact that it's only ten minutes transfer time from San Javier or an hour from Alicante, means you don't have the hassle of long journeys to and from the airport during your much needed break.

All bedlinen and towels are included in the listed price, but an additional 60 Euro cleaning fee is to be paid to our key holder on arrival. We can also provide a welcome pack for those of you who would like one, and airport pick up and drop off. Please request further details at time of booking. A £100 refundable damage deposit is payable at the time of booking.
