Tenerife Counselling Services

Tenerife Counselling Services has been set up to provide support for people that are in need of counselling or life coaching. With experience in addiction counselling, equitherapy and past trauma counselling with a special interest in helping people realise their worth following abuse, in assisting with the complexities of understanding eating disorders and anxieties.

We can also help with individuals, and their families, coming to terms with a medical diagnosis and with generalised anxiety or depression.

We do not believe in timed appointments or cutting appointments bang on the hour and also offer distance counselling via Private Message for those who find face to face meets difficult. Sessions can take place at home, in a cafe, during a walk on a beach etc and fees are very reasonable and in some cases can be sponsored so that the client pays up to 50% less!
