This lovely 2-bed, 2-bath ground floor apartment is in a small stylish gated complex with courtyard and swimming pool. It is set in the rural village of Jacarilla, in the South of the province of Alicante. Away from the main tourist areas yet easy driving distance to the cities, beaches and golf courses.

“Sweet Spot” is simply but pleasantly furnished and fully equipped to comfortably fit four (although there are beds for six). Enjoy the peaceful courtyard with (fenced) swimming pool. The master bedroom has a big comfy double bed (or two singles), with ensuite bathroom (in-bath shower, toilet and sink). The second bedroom has a single bed (that turns into 2 singles or a double if preferred). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bright living-dining area opens out to the kitchen and patio. The roomy sofa turns into an additional bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge, washing machine and all your needed kitchenware. Towels and bed linen are supplied. The apartment is freshly furnished in fact you’ll be the first guests!
