My name is Stephanie Ramirez. My husband and I PCSed to Spain from Virginia in December 2016. While living in Virginia, I attended the Culinary Institute of Virginia where I received my Associates Degree in Applied Science for Baking and Pastry. I had the chance to intern at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia while I finished my degree, followed by The Boardwalk Bakery at Walt Disney Resorts in Orlando, Florida. I met some amazing people during my time at school, as well as, my interning experiences whom helped me to improve my skills as a baker. I want to thank them for putting their time and effort to teach me more about the baking world. I love baking! Although it took me a while to decide about making it a career, I'm glad I did. Now that I am officially on my own and have opened a home business here in Spain, I hope to gain more experience through working with my clients and providing them with the best products.
