We are a small boutique place to stay, events company and food producers! - soon to open a restaurant as well assuming all goes to plan with the authorities... . We also cater events big or small, at Starlight Farm, or within La Palma and all of Santa Cruz de Tenerife province.

Modern approach to the wonderful cuisine of La Palma from Mangoes to Macadamias, Rhubarb to Raspberries, Chilies to Kale - sub-tropical gardens bring us almost everything we could want to use... and the village here has tropical coastline and 15mins up the mountain, you could be in a dusting of snow....

We are reinventing classic Canarian dishes as well as using the wonderful seasonal produce from our own orchard estate where we can, and always from Tenerife province, where clear skies, Atlantic breezes and mountain springs nourish our amazing produce to create delicious food packed full of herbs, spices and the freshest of tastes... .
