Spanish Villa for holiday rental Javea, Montgo

A wonderful spacious villa with two bedrooms, sleeping up to four people, situated in the foothills of the Montgo National Park with valley and mountain views, yet only a 5 minute drive to Javea old town. There is a large 10 x 5 metre very private pool and a summer kitchen with BBQ, fridge/freezer and oven for al fresco dining, together with an outside shower and WC. We have a fabulous partly enclosed naya for all year round living with seating and dining areas with great views. There is private parking for numerous cars and a wonderful garden with many plants and shrubs to enjoy on a very private 1400 metre plot. We have 3 very good restaurants close by and a small supermarket within walking distance. Javea Old town is approximately 5 kms with its narrow streets and wonderful architecture to explore, together with the Port and Arenal beach close by. You can choose to scuba dive, go horse riding, kayaking or just enjoy the wonderful scenery and have a totally relaxing holiday.

Available to rent from May - October with a minimum one week stay from Saturday - Saturday. Prices start at £750 per week ( with no additional costs) and include free wi-fi, air-conditioning, a welcome pack and the villa clean at the end of your stay.

A 25% deposit will be requested on booking, with the final balance taken six weeks prior to arrival. A £200 holding deposit will be taken, refundable once the villa has been checked for any damage/breakages.
