This 2 bed, 2 bath fully equipped villa is located in the popular area of Ciudad Quesada. Whether you're looking for sun, sea, golf, water-sports, a romantic getaway or just relaxing by the pool/beach, look no further!

La casa de pan de jengibre has two outside dining areas equipped with a BBQ and sun loungers. Both outside areas (upstairs and down) are fully enclosed so that you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains while your children play.

The interior is fully furnished to a high standard throughout and comes complete with all utensils, white goods and appliances needed for a relaxing stay including English T.V.

The villa is located on a quiet urbanisation which boasts a communal pool where you can relax and top up your tan, it also has a smaller pool for children and a shaded seating area for hotter times of the day.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The local beaches of Guardamar/La Marina are a 10 minute drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes. The main coastal town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The sleepy relaxed old Spanish town of Rojales with its cave houses and cave bar is just a 5 minute drive away from the villa.

Local tour operators offer a variety of trips in and around the Costa Blanca for those of you that just want to sit back and relax.

Ciudad Quesada

The villa is just a stone's throw away from the National park, making it perfect for cycling or golfing holidays. The nearest golf club for those golf fanatics is La Marquesa and can be reached in less than 5 min by foot and there are a further seven championship courses a short drive away, La Finca being only a ten minute drive.

Quesada town (5 min drive) is established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment and night-life, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc plus has its own large water park (5 min drive) with several slides, water shoots and children's pools...A great way to spend a fun family day out.
