GENERAL
Originally built in 1625, this home has been lovingly restored over the last 40 years from a historic olive press mill to an updated farmhouse maintaining all of its original character. As you enter the gate, you are welcomed by cascading bougainvilleas, climbing roses, oleander, a lemon tree, and the most spectacular vistas of the Mediterranean Sea, the Traumuntana mountains to the north and the Andratx Valley to the south.

The vistas at this 800 feet elevation take your breath away. After parking your car in the garage you will be tempted to linger in the driveway for 6 + cars and enjoy the smells of flower blossoms and views before entering the gate. The paved driveway to this exclusive retreat is 300 meter long way off the road.

INTERIOR
The home has 7 bedrooms, 3 newly remodeled/updated baths and a recently updated kitchen. Both the living & dining rooms serve as the center of the home and both rooms have open wood fireplaces supplied by ample wood fuel. And of course there is wi-fi internet access throughout, limited satellite tv, and a vast library of English books to choose from. The owner is a prolific reader of classics and contemporary literature.

The formal dining (also the front entrance halls) & living rooms and kitchen are divided by 3-foot thick walls with arched passage ways between all three principle rooms.
