SOL Yoga & Holistic Therapy Centre is set in the picturesque Almanzora valley, sitting atop the small village of La Cinta, ARBOLEAS. With stunning views of the foothills of the Sierra Filabres. Andalucia, Spain.

Maya is a Hatha Yoga teacher who shares her enthusiasm for original and traditional Hatha Yoga within her classes. She has been practicing Yoga since 2003 years and has been teaching since 2010.

Maya qualified as a yoga teacher with the Divine life Society, (Almeria branch) under the guidance of her yoga teacher Sharon Fisher and the British School of Yoga.

She teaches traditional Hatha yoga based on the method of Swami Sivananda.

Maya is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the traditional Mikao Usui teachings and an Angelic Reiki Master/Teacher registered with the Angelic Reiki Association UK.

Yoga classes with Maya involve Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (postures), Meditation & Relaxation, focusing on improving both mind and body. Every process is well explained and demonstrated throughout the session.

Maya tries to maintain the purity and essence of Yoga as well as variety, which appeals to so many of her students.

Students of all ages are welcomed, whether beginners or more experienced and everyone is encouraged to learn at their own pace on your unique journey to total body and mind wellness.
