This beautiful villa is built in traditional Spanish style on two levels, with the lower level offering separate accommodation with seperate entrance, to include bathroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, ideal for 2 families holidaying together but still wanting their own space. The upper level includes two double bedrooms, large refitted bathroom, kitchen, beautiful living room with open fireplace and ceiling beams, dining room with seating for 8 people offering amazing panoramic views of the sea, Calpe Rock and the mountains. It truly is home from home. Ideally situated on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe, with both towns offering an abundance of restaurants, family entertainment, local markets, lovely beaches and much more. The villa sits in the center of beautifully maintained gardens with private pool surrounded by jasmine and orange blossom as well as a small play area to keep the 'little ones' entertained! Secure off road parking for 3 vehicles. The beach of Cala Advocat being within 400 metres. The Costa Blanca area is really spectacular offering something for all ages. Take a trip to historic Guadalest Valley in the mountains and take in the spectacular views of the mountains and visit the ancient Moorish Church, or spend a day at Aqualandia Water Park with the kids, visit Mundomar where you can experience swimming with the Dolphins. Accommodation description
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with large oak double bed, built in wardrobes, view over the pool and mountains.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, large built in wardrobes, views over the pool and gardens.
Bedroom 3: (lower level) with twin beds.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: A lovely big bathroom on the upper level complete with large bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bathroom 2: On the lower level has fully tiled walk in shower cubicle, large sink and WC.

Kitchen:
This simple but elegant kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Leading into the beautiful dining room making it perfectly siutated within the middle of the house.

Utility Room:
The washing machine is situated separately in a utility room located under the house.

Living Rooms:
This lovely room is bright and airy with ceiling beams, open fireplace, traditionally built in Moorish style, with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, tastefully decorated and includes a large L-shaped sofa, satellite TV in English only.

Other:
Beautiful Naya style dining room with oak dining table situated at the front of the house with panoramic views of the sea, Calpe Rock and mountains, overlooking the pool and gardens. This room is lovely for relaxing in and taking in the views.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedlinen (except for cot) and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels. The villa is thoroughly cleaned between rentals. If your stay is longer than 1 week a linen change/towel change can be provided for a small charge.

Accessibility
The villa is reached by a set of steps to the lower level and then round and up a further set of steps to the upper level, so would be unsuitable for anyone requiring wheelchair access. There is no internal staircase.

Outside
The plot is 1200 sq mts - large. There is an outdoor private shower, 8 x 4 metre private pool. Plenty of chairs, sun loungers and tables are provided complete with parasols, so that you can relax amongst the fragrant jasmine, pine trees, palm trees and olive trees. Built in brick BBQ. There is a small play area for younger children complete with swings, see-saw and sand pit. There are also rubber rings and floats, along with buckets, spades etc provided.

Changeover day
High season Saturday, but flexible out of season. Arrival from 4pm, vacate by 10am.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance along with a £200 security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure less any deductions for breakages and or losses.
