Relax at this large villa and enjoy truly exceptional views of the Guadalhorce valley all the way down to the sea with mountains to each side. A roof terrace tops this villa with 360 degree, ever changing panoramas to enjoy whilst having an aperitif at the table and chairs, sun loungers or seated swing here.

Five bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor and there is another huge terrace at this level on two full sides of the villa for admiring the views or watching the kids play in the pool whilst relaxing on the sofa, easy chairs and sun loungers. This area is often shaded and benefits from a cool breeze on hot afternoons.

On the ground floor is a large open plan dining area (seats 10), lounge area (large corner sofa seating 5/6 and smaller 3 seat sofa plus 2 small stools which fit snugly under the coffee table) with large flat screen TV (plays most video and audio files from USB stick) and DVD player and a fully equipped family kitchen. A further bathroom with hydro-massage shower and Jacuzzi bath is here too.

Outside there are yet more chill out areas with comfortable furniture and an outside dining area with a further oven, barbeque and fridge freezer. We hope you will enjoy long summer evenings here. Your own private pool has Roman steps for easy access and is fully fenced in making it safer for families with young children. Shabilla Villa is set in a very quiet rural location but has fantastic road links to the surrounding areas. The town of Alhaurin de la Torre is less than 5 minutes away by car and offers several reasonably priced supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Supersol, Dia, Mercadona etc) as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants. The airport is 15 minutes away by car and can be seen from the rooftop terrace. The popular tourist resorts and beaches of the Costa del Sol are all within easy driving distance with Torremolinos being the closest at around 15 minutes away and Benaldmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Nerja, Calahonda, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within 40 minutes by car. The city of Malaga can also be seen from the first floor or rooftop terrace and be reached in around 15 minutes with the city center being a further 10 or 15 minutes away.
