NEVER ALONE
Social contacts rise spontaneously, because living in Ciudad Patricia feels like living in a small village. Ciudad Patricia has got its own restaurant, cafeteria, library and multifunctional theatre. Regularly activities are organised and you can do your daily shopping at the supermarket.

TAILOR MADE CARE
Ciudad Patricia has got its own nursing home. The aim is to offer everybody the chance to live on their own as long as possible because our own medical staff is always available. Staying at the nursing home can be a solution when living at home is (temporarily) no longer possible. It is also possible to receive care at home.

GET TO KNOW US
The apartments are on sale and to rent, but mainly they are acquired by the system of the Use of right for life, the “Uso Vitalicio”, a sort of rent paid in advance for life. Ciudad Patricia also offers the possibility to get to know the resort. There are some furnished apartments available for short stay.
