Rusty Mutts Senior Dog Sanctuary and Rescue (RMSDSR), a no-kill, non-profit organization, is committed to the care and re-homing of senior dogs 10 years of age and up, to educating the public on the benefits of adopting a senior pet, and on the necessary steps to assist a senior dog in need.

When aging parents, relatives or friends can no longer care for their senior canine due to difficult circumstances, or a senior dog is being neglected or abused, RMSDSR will provide these bewildered pets a warm bed, nourishing meals, and an abundance of affection. Considerable care will be taken to find excellent matches for RMSDSR's senior dogs so they can relish their golden years with loving, devoted families.
