IL PASHA LEBANESE RESTAURANT We are delighted to tell you that Ali, former chef at Marroush next to the cinema in Puerto Banus, is now opening his very own authentic Lebanese restaurant at the top of the “Strip” in Calahonda, so you know that the quality of the food is going to be authentic, fresh and simply excellent. Most of the tasty Lebanese favourite dips will be available such as Hummos, Mutabal, Labne, Tabuleh plus other salads as well as various starters such as Falafel, Kebbeh, Musakaa, Arayes etc. A vegetarian’s paradise! At the time of going to print the full menu was not yet available, but we have had a taster of the excellent, fresh Baklava and we are really looking forward to enjoying some of the other dishes too
