Very clear-cut ideas and concepts. These are the foundations of this restaurant that was opened due to the success of its homonymous brother (Carbón Pueblo), with a visible duality, but with separate paths to follow. At Carbón Panorama, its fame is based on one of the greatest inventions of primitive man: fire; and a result of this amazing discovery: charcoal, hot coals. A very tasty, truly authentic type of cooking was founded on this ideology and many civilizations and their respective cultures have based the culinary terms of a huge wealth of gastronomy on this simple principle. A symbiosis of different ways and combinations of preparing meat, fish, pinchos (small bite size snacks) are put into practice here. Fine examples include the Mozarabe style Roast Lamb, the Grilled Meat such as the Beef Entrecote, the wide range of pinchos or meat skewers (Chicken, Veal, Pork, and Lamb). Not to mention the extensive overview of the regional rice recipes; many of them are made here (to order), such as Seafood Paella, Mixed Paella with seafood and meat, Noodles with Prawns, etc. Another piece of advice… the Chocolate Coulant is an absolute must; it’s a pure delight for all sweet tooths.
