Villa Maria de Waard has its own yard and swimming pool, as well as four bedrooms with 10 beds. The villa is located only a short walk from the center of Nerja and about 600 meters from the Burriana beach.

Villa Maria de Waard comprises of four bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two with single beds. One of the twin rooms has access from the master double bedroom, which is ideal for families with young children. In addition, one of the bedrooms has the opportunity to spreadable beds. Each room has air conditioning and fans in the roofs. The house has a modern kitchen and two dining rooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Villa Maria de Waard’s beautiful garden is private and you can enjoy of it by soaking up the sun, cooking barbeque food or swimming in the Villa’s own swimming pool (8 meters long).

From Villa Maria de Waard it is only about a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach where are plenty of shops, restaurants and café’s. Villa is located also 10 minutes’ walk away from the city center of Plaza Balcon de Europa.

Vuokralle tarjottavassa Villa Maria de Waard -huvilassa on oma piha ja uima-allas, neljä makuuhuonetta ja 10 vuodepaikkaa. Villa sijaitsee vain kävelymatkan päässä Nerjan keskustasta ja noin 600 metrin päässä Burriana-rannasta.

Suomalaisomistuksessa oleva Villa Maria de Waardin huvila käsittää noin 130 neliömetriä. Villassa on neljä makuuhuonetta, joista kaksi on parisängyillä ja kaksi erillisillä sängyillä. Lisäksi yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on mahdollisuus levitettäviin sänkyihin. Jokaisessa huoneessa on ilmastointi/ilmalämpöpumput, patterit ja tuulettimet katoissa. Talossa on nykyaikainen keittiö ja kaksi ruokailutilaa, kaksi kylpyhuonetta wc:llä sekä erillinen wc. Villan kauniin puutarhan ja oman pihan rauhassa voi viettää aikaa grillaten, uiden ja auringosta nauttien. VIllan oma uima-allas on kooltaan 8 m x 4 m ja syvyydeltään 1-2 m.

Villa Maria de Waardilta on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka kauniille Burriana- rannalle, jossa ovat loistavat ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat sekä kahvilat. Villalta kävelee myös 10 minuutissa kaupungin keskustaan Plaza Balcon de Europalle.
