Quintins Restaurant

A visit to Quintins restaurant in lanzarote puerto del carmen gives evidence to the splendour of the french and european kitchen that reigns with its symbol of refinement. in febuary 2013 chef Joseph Coralie who was trained in France took the restaurant over.Therefore everything from the bread to desserts,are made in the restaurant.Products are bought in the Lanzarote market daily,and they feel very proud of the quality and high levels of their food.
