In this chic corner of Talamanca, QG Ibiza brings seductive French cuisine with fusion of Spanish influence to a comfortable and inviting location where everyone is welcomed with open arms into a charming ambience.

The carte du jour at QG Ibiza is based on fresh, simple and honest cooking and you’ll be enraptured by signature dishes such as homemade foie gras or pan fried sea scallops with white butter sauce and yuzu, or beef steak with fresh pan fried foie gras and truffle sauce or grilled sea bream fillet with courgette and olive oil. For dessert there’s the famous crème brule and a whole host of delicious French inspired desserts and aside from QG Ibiza’s elaborately crafted menu, weekly changing specials will entice you to try something truly spectacular.

These are just some of the finest elements of a superb menu created by QG Ibiza’s Michelin starred chef Cristian Farennasso who spent four years in the world famous Chateau de la Messardiere in St Tropez before coming to live in Ibiza in 2015.

Every dish at QG Ibiza is designed to be accompanied by the finest wines from select regions of France and Spain. The choice at the bar is wide and exquisite and encompasses superb elections such as the fruitiest Puligny Montrachet from Bourgogne to a delicious Senda del Oro 2009 from Ribera del Duero.

Inside, the walls are adorned with the breathtaking works of the island’s hottest and upcoming artists beginning with an incredible exhibition by Rossano Poletti.

Choosing the venue to host his first ever exposition in Ibiza, this collection of figurative and abstract portraits capture the relationship between aesthetic expressions of ‘modern day glamour’ in contrast with the natural, real and deep images of humanity. It’s a powerful selection from the hugely talented Italian artist and QG Ibiza’s owners Olivia Abouna and Sebastien Furlan are delighted that Rossano will inaugurate the opening of the restaurant as what will also be a prolific art space, followed by a series of events and exhibitions showcasing other notable artists whereby fine art and food will again fuse together.

Stretching the full length of every beautiful lazy Sunday, QG Ibiza presents its very own BRUNCH with an energizing Mediterranean style buffet including French pastries, smoked salmon with blinis, Spanish cold meats, fresh salads, fresh fruits, various cheeses, a selection of warm, fresh breads plus some special dishes such as mushroom risotto - and all for just €25.

The special menu du jour is only €12.50 encompassing the most delicious fresh produce of the day.
