Property Investor Management is a newly set up company (Established in 2014) that is focusing on the real estate market in the Costa del Sol. The activities will be mainly being a care taker of properties for people that do not permanently live in them. The services are meant to keep owners from worrying about their properties. The company also manages properties for rentals, key handling, cleaning and regular site checks on properties. Property Investor Management is trying to give a taylor made package service that exactly suits the owner of the property.

Property Investor Management also acts as a Real Estate Agent and has access to the main database of available properties in the Costa del Sol area. This database consists of more than 500 agents that contribute a staggering number of over 25,000 properties and growing.
