PowerFit Rugby is a strength and conditioning program designed to optimize athlete’s physical and mental performance.
PowerFit Rugby will mainly concentrate on four aspects of ‘fitness’:
Strength – The ability of one or more muscular units to apply force.
Speed - The ability to minimize the time taken to complete a repeated movement.
Stamina - The efficiency of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.
Power - The ability of a muscle, or group of muscles, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
