Open plan, air conditioned, newly decorated and fully equipped to the highest standard. American-style kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a comfortable double sofa bed; linen, and towels supplied. Wall mounted TV with Spanish/UK channels and communal WiFi.

Spacious separate bathroom with walk in shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

Gated communal swimming pool. Direct access to the pedestrianised promenade and beach through the gardens.

Two major supermarkets, a good selection of restaurants, shops and pharmacy are also within easy walking distance.

Transport: The nearest airport is Alicante. There is a regular bus service from the airport to Calpe. Car hire is readily available at the airport or we can arrange private transfers if required. Calpe is about an hour's drive from the airport however a car is not necessary to enjoy a stay here.

There is an Urban Bus stop 150 m from the building for a bus that takes you to the Centre of town in minutes.


Access: The main entry has ground floor level access, leading to three lifts, all suitable for use by a person using a mobility scooter/wheelchair. The shower is fitted with a grab rail and fold down seat for people with restricted mobility. Mobility scooters are available to hire in Calpe for approximately €65 per week.

Activities: Diving and Water sports centre located in a beautiful bay, Cala de Les Bassetes, which is 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive from the apartment. Bike hire also available close by with clearly-marked cycling routes within Calpe and some of Spain’s most stunning rides and climbs in the surrounding countryside. Calpe is famous for its pro cyclist winter training camps!
