David Hughes is recognised as "The" Trainer in Spain. An extremely dedicated and enthusiastic trainer who has been based in Madrid Spain since 2003 having opened his specialised Personal Training centre in the heart of the city.

As well as his expertise in Personal Training for elite athletes and the general public, David is an experienced Boxing and Thai Boxing trainer who fights professionally in Muay Thai, is an Ironman triathlete and was a semi professional footballer.
