Our newly refurbished penthouse apartment is unique as 1 of only a handful on the resort with large double balconies both with fab views -overlooking the swimming pools to one side and mountains to the other. We are also in THE CLOSEST POSITION TO THE RESORT CENTRE, being only a couple of minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the Golf Clubhouse.
The apartment itself is fully equipped with all your home comforts catered for- free wifi, tv with satellite, dvd, wii, hairdryer, BBQ, 2 set golf clubs, tennis rackets, sun loungers, towels and pool toys all provided
There is full air-con throughout to keep you cool in the hot, summer months, as well as gas central heating to keep you comfortable out of season.
It has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds, a newly fitted bathroom with a full length power shower and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday -fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob, iron & board, coffee maker and juicer for those delicious Spanish oranges.
The apartment sleeps 5-6 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
What really sets our apartment apart from the rest is that we have, not 1, but 2 large south facing balconies fully equipped with comfortable rattan sofas, armchairs and tables as well as outdoor dining for 6 people and an amazing Weber BBQ. So after a hard day's sunbathing/golfing/swimming etc you can enjoy the fabulous Spanish outdoor lifestyle-sipping cocktails and barbecuing with family and friends with a gorgeous backdrop.

The grand entrance is lined with palm trees, water features and benches. Spread throughout the landscaped complex are fountains, lush plants and lemon, lime & palm trees that give the resort an authentic Mediterranean feel.
The centrepiece of the resort is the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and as a guest, you have access to 5 other fantastic golf courses in the area all of which are within a 20 minutes drive. There are 2 sets of golf clubs in the apartment available for you to use, to save on those hefty airline luggage charges. But it is not all about golf. You can take a dip in one of the twenty-two luxury swimming pools on the resort, practice your serve on the tennis courts(we have 4 tennis rackets available for your use) or have fun with the kids at one of the children's playgrounds. If you want a break from the action, you can relax over a glass of the excellent local wine or enjoy fine dining in one of the several bars and restaurants.
Also on site are a large supermarket, a travel agents, a beauty salon and hairdressers, a bank (with a 24-hour cash machine), the Club House and several restaurants & bars, including an Italian, a tapas bar, an Irish pub, a speciality rice restaurant and a juice & milkshake bar.
You'll also find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the nearby typically-Spanish little town of Roldán, which is 3 km away – a 5 minute drive away from the back entrance of the resort.
It is a 15 minute drive to a choice of lots of gorgeous beaches and only 15 minutes to the airport.
