There are over 30 sites on the island, and always something for everybody. Easy takeoffs, good landing fields, nice thermals and great opportunities for cross country.

ParaglidingPark Taucho - is one of the most frequently used starts on Tenerife.

We have consistently great flying conditions during the winter. October, November, December, January, February, March and April are the best months.

Take advantage of great winter thermalling at 24C while the rest of Europe chills.

On a good day cloudbase reaches 1,600m opening the XC potential right up. Conditions are generally mellow in the morning and evening but it can get strong during mid-afternoon. On a normal day during the winter season expect climbs of between 1-5m/s up to cloudbase which is more typically around 1,300m. Pilots regularly fly cross country flights of 20km and more, and when the annual round of Spanish national league is held here in December, competition tasks usually involve triangles of 50km.

ParaglidingPark Taucho - located on the island of Tenerife is the most known fly site on the Canary Islands.

Taucho start zone is flyable 365 days a year, and is accessible by any type of car all time of the day. You can get from the club office, hangar and landing zone to the takeoff area in 10 minutes driving time on our free shuttle bus.

We are in the renovation state now until February 2014, but free flying is opened to public.

Tandem flying and Paragliding safari is an every day event done by Pilots of the Club.
