We are specialist event caterers with many years experience in the UK and Portugal, whose aim is to make sure that you get exactly what you want with more than just a taste of making special memories.

We specialise in unique Whole "Hog" Roasts (although we do roast anything!), Pulled Pork, Brisket Texan Style, Ribs, Pork Shoulders,Smoked Food, Canapes and little Dutch pancakes for afters!

We cater for Weddings, Pre-Wedding Breakfasts, Christenings, Family parties, Private Dinner Parties and Villa Catering and Business Events.
