Hi and welcome to Outdoor Party Catering!

I have been working as a chef for almost a decade now in several countries (Austria, Ireland, Gibraltar, Hungary) and I've done many events such as banquets, weddings and several outdoor BBQ's too.
I aim to use fresh, local and quality ingredients whenever possible.

Outdoor Party Catering is unique as I use a traditional Hungarian cooking method called "bogrács".
It is a cast iron kettle which is set up upon open fire (wood or charcoal). It is practical, mobile, simple and creates fantastic taste!
Plus you'll see what I am cooking for you as the dish will be prepared right in front of you and your guests!

The "bogrács" is also a good party accessory, people are just chatting, drinking around it while the roar of the fire and the cooking food slowly just fills the air and creates an ambient, warm atmosphere.
