Our retreat is a retreat with a difference! A pop-up health retreat where each week we will be bringing you some of the best teachers and trainers from around the world, offering you fitness training, Yoga and Pilates to healing and holistic weeks. At Our Retreat we believe everything in life is about balance which is why we will be offering our guests the opportunity to explore all avenues of the health and fitness industry for your mind, body and soul.

Each week the schedule will differ depending on your trainer and their skills set but what will remain the same and what we will promise you at Our Retreat is a weeks stay in a luxury villa, specially prepared, healthy, delicious food each day, welcome goodie bags with products and gifts on arrival, fun evenings activities from pamper nights to open air roof top cinema screenings and over-all a high quality service to all guests from all the staff at Our Retreat.
