Ocean Vista Apartment is available to rent on short and long term lets. It is situated in one of the nicest parts of El Cotillo with everything on your doorstep.
The restaurants and bars overlooking the New Harbour are less than 100 metres away. The Old Harbour area, with its restaurants and bars, is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
The surfer’s beach to the south is 5 minutes’ walk along the cliffs and the start of the lagoon beaches is 10 minutes’ walk to the north through the village. There is even a small pebble beach next to the harbour only 100 metres from the front door - ideal for a quick swim.
The apartment is spread over two floors with the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and a double bedroom on the lower floor and a twin bedroom, wc and sun terrace on the upper floor.
The sun terrace, with all day sunshine, provides fantastic views right down the west coast of Fuerteventura to the southernmost tip, 50 miles away. You can even see the top of Mount Tiede in Tenerife on exceptionally clear days and that is 163 miles away!
It is a wonderful space to spend an afternoon sunbathing, eat a meal and the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down with your favourite sundowner in hand!
