Our 5 day Self-sufficiency course is based at our cortijo, provides an introduction to those who are thinking of escaping the rat –race and becoming more self-sufficient.
We now offer a range of weekend courses that include Practical Self-Sufficiency,Grow It, Cook It Eat It, All these courses are based at our cortijo in Lanjarón.
We have a range of Day workshops, including Bread & Cheese-making, Soap-making, Growing & Using Herbs.
Our Herbal walks are now in their third year and continue to be popular with all ages. The walk along local tracks to our cortijo, allows for plenty of time to stop and look at the numerous wildflowers and herbs growing locally.
