Mim's Restaurant

Previously John worked for several years as assistant Chef in two of London’s fashionable restaurants, before transferring to Paris to further his culinary education. After Paris John headed for Spain, where for seven years he worked as Head Chef at the highly regarded La Cova restaurant in Alicante until March 2011.

As a believer in uncomplicated dishes John has created an inspired range of Modern European menus, with Mediterranean influences, These combined with his passion for cooking guarantees Mim's customers are served dishes focusing on quality and flavour.

The restaurants seating arrangements are space generous and offer the choice of eating in an interior of simple elegance or taking in the stunning views from the terrace.
